These Terms govern the sale of prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles through eSIM Tabby, whether you buy on this website or through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server inside an AI assistant such as Claude.

Email: [email protected].
These Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits the rights those laws give you.
We resell prepaid data plans that run on an eSIM profile. A plan is digital content supplied electronically: there is no physical SIM card and nothing is shipped. Each plan listing states the data allowance, the validity period in days, the countries or region covered, and the price including any applicable VAT, in the currency shown.
Network coverage and speed are provided by third-party mobile operators in each country, not by us. We cannot guarantee coverage, throughput, or uninterrupted service in any particular location.
Before buying, you are responsible for checking that your device:
You also need an internet connection at the moment you install the profile. An eSIM bought for an incompatible or locked device cannot be used, and once the profile has been installed it can no longer be returned — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Buying requires an account. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS AuthKit; we never see or store a password. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account, and the same account is used on the website and through the MCP server.
Selecting a plan and starting checkout is your offer to buy. The contract is concluded when your payment is successfully authorised. We then order the profile from our supplier and deliver it to you.
Prices are re-read from our supplier at the moment checkout is created, so the price you are shown at checkout is the price that applies. If a plan becomes unavailable or is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
When you buy through an AI assistant, the assistant acts on your instructions; the contract is still between you and us, and payment always happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page which you open and confirm yourself.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, handle, or store your
card details. Charges appear on your statement as
ESIMTABBY. Your card is charged once, at purchase;
plans do not auto-renew and there is no subscription.
Delivery is electronic and normally takes seconds to a few minutes. We deliver the QR code and the LPA activation string to your order page, by email, and — if you bought through an AI assistant — back into that conversation.
By purchasing you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately. If we cannot deliver a working profile, you get a full refund.
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under §1829 of the Civil Code. However, under §1837 of the Civil Code that right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically where supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
At checkout you give that consent. In practice this means:
If a plan does not work as described — it fails to activate, delivers no data where coverage was promised, or the allowance or validity does not match what was sold — tell us and we will investigate. Where the defect is ours or our supplier's, you are entitled to have it remedied, to a proportionate discount, or to withdraw from the contract, in line with the Civil Code.
Send complaints to [email protected] with your order ID. We confirm receipt without undue delay and resolve consumer complaints within 30 days.
Plans are for personal use on your own device. You may not resell them, use them for unlawful purposes, or use automated means to abuse the catalogue, checkout, or MCP tools. We may suspend or terminate an account that does.
We are liable for damage we cause as required by Czech law, and we do not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to health. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss caused by lack of coverage, device incompatibility, or an operator's network outage.
If we cannot resolve a complaint, a consumer may bring it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Praha 1, adr.coi.cz, which handles out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. Using it is free and voluntary, and it does not affect your right to go to court.
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that governs that order, so changes never apply retroactively to plans you have already bought.
